Delete in the app (fastest)

1. 1

Tap your profile (avatar) icon at the top of the map screen to open the account sheet.

2. 2

Tap the "Delete account" button at the bottom of the sheet.

3. 3

Confirm by tapping "Delete account" again in the dialog — this happens immediately, with no separate identity verification step.

By email

Use this only if you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in.

1. 1

Send an email to the address below, including the email address you used to sign up. This is required to verify your identity.

2. 2

We verify your request against your account information before processing. We may ask for additional details to confirm your identity.

3. 3

Once verified, we delete your account and associated data within 7 business days.

Data that gets deleted

Account info (email, hashed password, phone number, name, nickname), graffiti notes, uploaded photo files — including analysis thumbnails — and their location data, friend relationship records, my report history, and consent records are all deleted.

Retention period and exceptions

Data listed above is deleted upon verification, in principle immediately. Two exceptions: (1) analysis results with the account link removed may be retained for statistics and service improvement — location is rounded to roughly 1km and the timestamp to the month, and no caption text is kept; (2) direct messages you sent stay visible to the other person — your name is removed immediately and the message text is cleared after 30 days. Please contact us by email for any specific question.
